Metrics for all customers

What range is the data aggregated over?

  • Customers who have made an order at least once in stores associated with the ECPower account are included.
  • All order data for the entire duration of the store associated with the ECPower account is included.
  • Customers who have never made an order (for example, newsletter members) are excluded from data collection. They are also excluded from the denominator in all calculations.

Data Definition

Metric Name Definition
Customers The number of customers who have placed an order at least once.
Repeat Customer Rate The proportion of repeat customers (those who have purchased a total of 2 or more times)
Lifetime Value The average CLV over all customers and all periods
Order Value The average value of purchase price per customer
Order Count The average value of total number of purchase per customer
Purchase Interval The average number of days between purchases per customer

What is shown?

  • Segments with highest change% in customers vs last 7 days average are shown

Pinned Customer Segments

What is shown?

  • Customer segments that you selected “Add to Home” is shown.
  • If you want to delete segments from Featured Customer Segment section, please select “Remove from Home” in Customer Segment Overview Page

Active Revenue Tracking

What is Shown?

  • Revenue trackings under “In Progress” status are automatically shown.
