'Segment group' is a feature that allows you to manage segments by grouping them together. Organize them by purpose.

A single segment can be added to multiple groups.

Features

Creating a Segment Group

You can create a segment group using the following methods:

  • From the side menu, click the + button.
  • In the segment list, select "Create New" > "Create Group" to create a new one.

Adding Segments to a Segment Group

You can add segments to a created segment group by clicking "Add Segment" at the top right of the segment group.

Removing Segments from a Segment Group

To remove a segment from a group, click the menu of the segment you want to remove and select "Remove from Group."

Updating a Segment Group

From the segment group menu, select "Update" to change the name of the segment group.

Deleting a Segment Group

From the segment group menu, select "Delete" to delete the segment group.

Segments added to the segment group will not be deleted.

Examples of Segment Groups

RFM Segments

An example of a group that manages RFM segments, combining conditions such as the number of purchases and days since the last purchase.

Segments by Initial Purchase Product

An example of a group that manages segments based on the product purchased in the initial order.

Segments by Acquisition Channel

An example of a group that manages segments based on the acquisition channel used for the initial order.
